Laughter Yoga* is a process that allows people to laugh even when they don't feel like it. It's an aerobic exercise program that anyone can do anytime that results in health and happiness. Certified Laughter Yoga Leader Slash Coleman will introduce the concepts of laughter yoga including the health benefits in this fun, unique and interactive program with the students at St. Christopher’s School.

Since Laughter Yoga can increase the net supply of oxygen to our brains in ten minutes, it makes it the most economical, least time-consuming and scientifically ideal wellness activity for the workplace. As we increase our oxygen levels our immune systems become stronger. As a result, employee absenteeism goes down and our levels of happiness, motivation, creativity, self-confidence and communication go up. Feeling energized and fresh throughout the day means we get more done which ultimately means we complete our work as stronger and more effective members of our team.
